Frequently Asked Questions

(Things You Were Probably Wondering)

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from the United States and are packed by real people. No goblins, no fulfillment labyrinths—just careful hands and packing tape.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location. Tracking is always provided, so you’re never left guessing.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to many places. International delivery times vary, and any customs fees or import taxes are determined by your country (they don’t tell us either).

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Products & What You’re Buying

Are these items new or used?
Unless stated otherwise, items are new. Some may look antique, weathered, or arcane—that’s intentional, not a sign of prior ownership.

Are these real antiques or reproductions?
We offer a mix of modern creations, reproductions, and curated curiosities. Each product page explains exactly what you’re getting. Mystery is part of the experience—confusion is not.

Are your products suitable for children?
Some items are collectibles, puzzles, or artifacts intended for adults or older teens. If age matters, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Returns & Issues

What’s your return policy?
We offer 30-day no-nonsense returns on unused items in original condition. If something doesn’t suit you, we won’t make it awkward.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
Send us a message with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Questions & Contact

I have a question about an order or a product. How do I reach you?
