We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

All orders are shipped from the United States.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist you
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly
